Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at shop@skinspotlaserclub.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Common Issue with Airless Skincare Pumps:
If your airless pump isn't dispensing product, it may not be defective. Airless pumps work by creating a vacuum, and sometimes it may take a few steps to get the product flowing. Here are some troubleshooting tips:
- Firmly tap the bottom of the bottle on a hard surface to help release the product.
- Continue to press the pump a few more times.
- Place your finger over the pump opening and pump a few times to create suction.
- If the pump still isn’t working, use a paper clip and insert it into the small opening at the bottom of the bottle to help engage the pump mechanism.
Important: Do not unscrew or open the product, as airless pumps do not have a straw/tube. Opening the product will introduce air into the container and can affect its performance.

Non-returnable Items
As personal care and beauty products, all of our items are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons. This includes opened or unopened skincare products. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you qualify for a refund, we will notify you once we've reviewed your case. Approved refunds will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@skinspotlaserclub.com.
